HB Sound & Light is a complete audio, lighting, video, and communications solutions provider. Design: From the beginning, proper planning is essential in any installation, regardless of the size of the project.  We begin with an on-site evaluation and a thorough assessment of the client’s requirements.  After taking account of all variables, we then produce a robust design that fulfills every aspect of the client’s needs.  For more complex projects, we utilize advanced computer-aided design tools to transform our raw ideas into a coherent and comprehensive proposal.  We also have the ability to create three-dimensional renderings of our proposals, allowing the client to view a realistic representation of the final product.

Installation: At HB Sound & Light, we recognize that our installations are often a small part of a much bigger picture for our clients.  Whether the project is a brand-new installation in a new building, or the replacement of an existing system, the completion of our work in a timely manner is often of utmost importance.  We work with all of our clients to determine an appropriate timeline for the installation and proceed as close to schedule as possible.

Training: It’s expected that a company performing an installation will complete the job with a fully functioning system.  However, it’s often unreasonable to expect the client to know everything about the day-to-day operation of their new system.  We recognize that our clients come to us with many different backgrounds, and may not always comprehend the inherent complexities that come with the use of a system.  Therefore we take great care to ensure our clients’ complete understanding of their system in a non-condescending and clear manner. 

Service: All clients should expect that their new system will be a solid performer for years to come.  HB Sound & Light’s service and support help make this happen.  We stand by our work, and therefore offer a one-year guarantee on all our installations.  In addition, we offer 24-hour emergency technical assistance should the unexpected occur.
